Who are we?

​

We are The Northumberland Arms Community Society Limited, a Community Benefit Society registered with the FCA, no.7580.

The Society was formed to hold the Northumberland Arms in community ownership.

​

The Society has some 246 shareholder members, mostly relatively local to the Thumb, but with Shareholders as far away as Los Angeles and Barcelona.

​

The Society is managed and administered by an elected Board of Directors, responsible for managing the Society and its assets.

​

There are eight on the Board of Directors, all of whom are volunteers and receive no benefits or remuneration.
